After a roller coaster first day it went down to an average Thursday and Friday to come back strongly on Saturday and Sunday. It screen count even rose to 90 with adequate support. It has grossed highest first week of 2015 and has grossed highly impressive 5.90 Crores in 8 days. Attained Hit status by the weekend and waiting to see whether it can become Super Hit or Mega Hit. Mammooty�s consecutive hit parade !
OK Kanmani has reasonable run at Kerala. Though it has been branded in Tamil Nadu as multiplex film story is different in Kerala as it has got wide acceptability from all across state due to Dulquar Salman factor. It has 75 screens and collects around 2.25 Cr in Kerala in 6 days. It is going to face some removals due to Sathyamurthi and below average weekdays. It is hit in Tamilnadu by collecting 8.60 Crore in 5 days. Its puzzling even after good WOM and reviews the film failed to sway big in Kerala. Unfortunately Kerala may not give sweet second week.

Oru Vadakkan Selfie is still very much active in Kerala B.O by collecting around 14 .20 Cr in 27 days form 60 plus screens with 7,300 shows. 25 days in 62 screens is a good milestone. The collection has slow down and will not cross 17 Cr as the plenty of release is on the way. Block buster anyway. Increased the star value of Super Star Nivin Pauly multiple times!
Ennum Epozhum subjected to removals and show reductions due to various releases. But it had 50 plus screens in 25 days. It will be first time a Mohanlal film nears 8,000 show mark after all time blockbuster Drishyam which sailed around 26,300 shows. Collects around 10.45 Cr in 27 days in Kerala with 7,500 shows and some more screens will be removed due to avengers and s/o Sathyamurthi release.
Kanchana 2, the Super Hit of Tamilnadu also fared well in Kerala in around 42 screens by collecting 1.25 Cr which is good considering the low count of screen. Likely to find more additional screens while losing the present ones in the second week. Good week ahead for sure. Kanchana 2 had bumper opening in Tamilnadu by collecting 23 Cr in 5 days.
Ivan Marayadaraman Janapriya Nayakan Dilip still needs to wait for a hit. Chandretten might end the drought if the teaser to trailer is an indicator.
