Two new Mollywood films released today . Aakashvaniand Hello Namasthe. Vijayababy- Kaya Madhavan film Aakashvani is getting good reports. But the film is released in few screen only. Unfortunately Hello Namasthe does not find many takers though it has around 60 screens.

Thriller movies once it connected at box office with above average to good WOM success is assured without any hurdles. This family thriller has been well received by ordinary viewers and fans alike. Megastar Mammootty�s challenges the critics of his stardom (including this blogger) by the huge reception of this movie . Had good opening at the weekend and hold on well in the weekdays as well. Collection in the weekdays were more 60 to 70% which came in handy for the total gross which was at the end of 6 days were 5.10 Cr. One of the weak point noticed is the lack enthusiasm at Multiplexes but in single screen the film is rock steady. Since there is no major release in sight, this film will have couple of good weekends to push it pass 10 Cr swiftly. Verdict � Good opening
2. Maheshinte Prathikaram
This film is the darling of film lovers. They are praising it for hundred times and repeated audiences add spices to the show by becoming houseful even on weekdays. While it holds the released screens and at the same time added nearly 15 screens more. The weekend were fantastically occupied . Fahad Fazil career has been filled with plenty good characters but huge hits eluded this versatile actor. This film will be an exception, by ending the drought of bigger hit to this classic star. It has collected 8.40 Cr in two week which is exceptional revenue return and good news is that it has achieved break even from theater run itself. It will be highly profitable venture for the producer Ashique Abu. Verdict � heading for Super Hit status
3. Action Hero Biju
How a stupendous marketing can revive a movie which had setback in the initial week days? Learn from this team. The vigorous marketing through various theater visit and programs in channels this film has got hold of falling cards. Though under the pressure from LJ films those 80 plus screens went on to screening irrespective box office advantages right now thankfully acknowledge renewed appreciation of occupancy. Collects a 7.30 Cr in two weeks! With shows count nearing to 6,000 and collection has past 7 Cr. Verdict - Hit
4. Pavada
The amazing journey of this Prithviraj film still on. Collection is at 14.25 Cr in five weeks with 10,300 shows. Super Hit at box office. How many more for this Supreme star of Mollywood.
5. Two Countries
Still at box office , even after golden fifty . Collection stands at 32.15 Cr (Corrected apologies) with 16,000 plus shows. Now no one can blame Dileep for some time about hits because this is all time block buster.
